A Royal College of Art graduate, Mitsuhashi's work is concerned primarily with the hidden, the elicit and the invisible. 'I attempt to capture a delicate and elegant quality in my jewellery. These ideas provoke me to create on a small scale, juxtaposing flattened shapes and subtlety of colour. In spite of the scale, simplicity and fineness, its transient existence catches the attention as well as the light.'
